Purchase Orders

School House welcomes purchase orders from most schools and non-profit organizations. Anyone with a purchase order from a government body, including a public school district, may automatically charge. And if credit has been established, tax-exempt schools or organizations may also charge on account. If your tax-exempt school or organization wishes to open a School House charge account, your administrator needs to complete a credit application. TERMS: For orders over $200 a 10% discount is given if the invoice is paid in cash or within 30 days. For orders under $200, terms are net 30 days.

Using a Purchase Order is so-o-o-o easy at the School House. The best way to shop is with an open P.O. so you can scrutinize the material before you buy. Just bring your selections to the check-out area where a salesperson will give you a detailed printout. No writer's cramp! If you have a P.O. for specific items that originated with a catalog, for example, consider sending or faxing your order prior to your visit that it will be ready.

And if some funding may be coming your way, there's no easier place to shop than School House. Just bring your choices to the check-out where you'll receive a Quote. Simply take it back to your school and staple it to your requisition form. As soon as the requisition is transformed by your district into a purchase order, you can either pick it up or we'll mail it.
